I agree to the cancellation policy.
You may cancel your enrolment and receive a pro-rata refund during the cooling-off period (3 days). Any refund will be reduced by a 10% administrative and cancellation fee and processed within 30 business days of the course cancellation or downgrade. Any tutoring sessions already completed (if applicable) will be charged at the applicable short-course hourly rate, not the discounted rate of larger packages. No course completion certificate will be issued if a course is discontinued. A second cancellation is not permitted. Course discontinuation may affect your eligibility for future enrolment in exam preparation courses and your chances of receiving offers from Bar Exam Academy. Engaging tutors in the future, or paying them directly for any services, outside Bar Exam Academy is strictly prohibited. Fees and charges apply. By submitting this form and receiving a refund, you acknowledge that no further claims will be made against Bar Exam Academy or its staff in relation to the cancelled or downgraded course.
